Take a deep dive into Restore Your Core® with the foundations course. With a maximum of 6 women in a class for 6 weeks, we get to really get to grips with the Foundations of Restore Your Core®. Mindful Movement and Strength for Women
Move with me through a whole body class for building and maintaining strength, function and stability. We will work through pilates, yoga and restorative exercise moves for 60 minutes and then 10/15 minutes of deep relaxation at the end. As always, each class is limited to 8 women, so you receive individual attention. Modifications are available throughout for pregnant women. Learn more and to book.
1-2-1
During pregnancy I can help you prepare your body for and during pregnancy, for the birth and for the post-partum period. On a 1-2-1 basis we will take a deep dive into your movement patterns, providing you with the knowledge you need to feel strong and reduce aches and pains. Prehab is much easier than rehab! I use a combination of my Restore Your Core® teacher training and the One Strong Mama Body Ready Method for my pregnant clients. Learn more and to book.

After much request, mums and babies now have their own personalised Restore Your Core ® Foundations Course. With a maximum of 6 women plus their babies for a 6 week course, we will have time to get to grips with the Foundations of Restore Your Core. Learn more and to book.
