I have been there too!

I had all the symptoms and after realising that there is so much that can be done to improve and often resolve core and plevic floor symptoms, I decided that all of this knowledge was too good to share. I started learning the Restore Your Core® Method(RYC®) to "fix" myself. Seven years later, six and a half years symptom free, my purpose is to empower women with the tools to reconnect to their bodies and to have the core and pelvic floor functioning as they wish. Restore Your Core® Method(RYC®) is a whole body method to retrain your core and pelvic floor muscles to be functional, reflexive, responsive and supportive to your body. Restore Your Core® helps you to move better, exercise better, uncover movement compensation patterns and create new patterns of strength, mobility, length and support. It incorporates moves from yoga and pilates, but with a focus on biomechanics and alignment.

When you work with me you will learn:

Exercises that restore core and pelvic floor function Corrective exercises for your posture and alignment that reduce stress and strain on your pelvic floor Breathing patterns that support ideal core and pelvic floor function And a plethora of tips to help you get the most out of your exercises and daily movements. I offer short programs, group coaching, workshops and 1-2-1 coaching from the Bishop's Stortford area (Hertfordshire) and online via Zoom.  Restore Your Core can be used during pregnancy and pregnant woment are very welcome.

Not only has it strengthened my core but it has helped my posture and given me more movement in my shoulders. It has helped to reduce the headaches I was suffering from.

I've carved out some me time at the weekends!! It's made me realise that I need to be aware of my posture and that with time I can increase my general flexibility.  I have learned how to fire my glutes!
