Hi, I’m Emma!
Hi, I’m Emma and I’ve been helping women as a core and pelvic floor specialist for over 8 years. I work with a range of women who suffer from symptoms including (but not limited to) lower back pain, lack of core strength, incontinence (or leaking), diastasis recti, pelvic organ prolapse/weakness, pain and heaviness.
I’m passionate about empowering women to take back control of their bodies and feel confident in them again. I’ll encourage you to ask questions and get curious about what’s going on with your body, without judgement, and I’ll support you as you reconnect with your body and mind.
Through my work as a Women’s Movement and Wellbeing Coach, I discovered that many of my clients had tried all sorts of solutions to manage their symptoms but found they still weren’t making progress. That’s why I created the Core and Floor Reconnect programme to help women increase their understanding of their body, its movement patterns, and the impact these have.
I’ll provide you with the knowledge you need to help get your body moving again!
INSIDE CORE AND FLOOR RECONNECT
Core and Floor Reconnect is a 10-week group coaching programme
designed to help you move more freely and feel more comfortable in your body.
The course is taught in a small group setting, with just 6 spots available!

Where you can ask me anything and we will tailor your Core and Floor Reconnect experience to your needs (to be taken before the end of the course) – worth £140.
DAILY WEEKDAY TIPS/IDEAS
Delivered via the WhatsApp group and covering body alignment, pelvic floor habits and more.
DAILY EXERCISE VIDEOS
Short movement/information videos (around 15 minutes of video content per weekday) delivered directly to your phone via the WhatsApp group during the course (break for half term week).
Support and accountability throughout the course via the WhatsApp community or ask me questions privately via email or WhatsApp.
For you to note down those lightbulb moments and to keep track of progress.
You’ll have lifetime access to all content that forms part of the course (including all of the movement and information videos). You will also get direct access to all future content added to the course.
AND HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Over 10 weeks, we’ll focus on different areas of the body, reconnecting to each part and gradually building on what you’ve learned in previous sessions. We’ll look at breath, alignment, core, pelvic floor, spine, pelvis, neck, shoulders and upper body, feet, ankles and legs, hands and arms.
The course includes moves from Pilates, yoga,
somatics and restorative exercise, as well as more
general fitness exercises.
We’ll make use of various small apparatus
for release and strength work.
Each class concludes with deep relaxation to help restore
ease and rest in the body and encourage healing.
I’ll support you throughout to help you strengthen your core, increase flexibility and improve balance and function.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What if the class is too challenging/too easy for me?
I am an expert in modifications! As the class is taught in such small groups, I’m able to monitor you closely and suggest replacement exercises when necessary. Whether you have difficulty lying on your back, being on your knees or using your wrists, I’m able to tailor the course to meet your exact requirements. I’m also able to provide more demanding variations of the exercises for those who are ready to be challenged. If you have any concerns, please do get in touch and I’d be happy to discuss things in more detail.
What are the dates of the sessions?
The course dates are 4, 11, 18, 25 May, (no class 1 June) 8, 15 22, 29 June, 6, and 13 July 2023. Classes take place from 10.45am – 12.15pm.
Where are the sessions held?
Classes are held at Forte Dance Studio, Church End Farm, Little Hadham, Herts. SG11 2DY.
What if I miss a class?
I understand that sometimes life gets in the way! If you are likely to miss one or two classes, the video replay will be available for you to review.
What commitment do I need to make?
You’ll get the best out of the course if you can commit to attending the 10 in-person class sessions. A minimum of 15 minutes per day is required on weekdays to practice a short series of movements and/or watch/listen to a video guiding you through alignment or other key information about the body. This will enable you to create new movement patterns in your body.
What if I get injured?
If you’re new to exercise, it’s understandable to be fearful of trying something different. That’s why I’ll take things at your pace, ensuring you’re totally comfortable with what’s being asked of you. It’s also why I make sure all class participants have completed a detailed pre-course intake form before we begin. You’ll go through your history in detail and I am happy to discuss any queries or areas of concern before we get started.
What’s the investment?
The course is priced at £555, which can be paid in three instalments.
What are your qualifications?
I’m a fully qualified Restore Your Core™ (Interactive Client Centering Protocol) Teacher 2017, Heart and Bones Modern Yoga Teacher 2020, Body Ready Method™ Pro Teacher 2022 and I have also recently completed a modern approach to pain and biomechanics course in 2022. In 2023 I am studying to become a myofascial release practitioner.
