A Restore Your Core Workshop
The last twenty months or so have been stressful in one way or another or often many ways for most (if not all) of us.

- You’ve been told you’ve got a weak core and/or weak glutes and you’d like to know how to strengthen them.
- You want your body to feel strong and capable of doing whatever you want to throw at it.
- You leak pee either through a stressor (eg. running, jumping, laughing, sneezing, coughing) or through urge because you just can’t make it to the toilet on time.
- You’ve been told you have or suspect you have a diastasis recti (separation of the abdominal muscles) and you either don’t know what to do about it or the advice you’ve been given doesn’t seem to be helping.

Sneeze Pee? Weak Core? Diastasis Recti?
Restore Your Core is a comprehensive core and pelvic floor strengthening method that targets your whole body in order to regain function.
In this workshop you will learn:
- How to train your core and pelvic floor muscles to be reflexive and responsive to your body.
- How to eliminate and prevent common core dysfunction triggers.
- Common core blind spots that might be preventing you from gaining strength and seeing results.
- How to exercise with confidence that you are not causing more damage to your core + pelvic floor.
This workshop is a combination of both movement and education and will give you many take-home tools to help you shift your approach to building a more functional and strong core. If you struggle with diastasis recti, a weak core, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse or are just looking to build a sustainable movement practice with an integrated core – this workshop is for you.

Time: 10am until 4pm

- 30 minute express zoom class most weeks during term time (and a pre-recorded video if there is no class) with a replay available for 7 days after the class.
- access to over 100 movement classes (under 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes, 30 minutes and 60 minutes in length) plus informational and instructional videos.
- a daily (weekday) recommnedation for what movement video to do that day – one short and one longer – delivered direct to your phone via a whatsapp group.
- Wellbeing and movement tips and advice.
Lunch, organic teas and specialist coffees are available throughout the day and are included in the price.
