I was left with a weak pelvic floor, core and subsequently back pain after a traumatic birth. Before pregnancy, I loved going to the gym and dancing, but, when I tried to start again after the birth, I found I couldn’t exercise as I felt weak and was worried about accidents.
Working step by step through Emma's program in such a supportive environment was just what I needed; she ensures everyone in the class is working to their level and tailors exercises to each person.
I thought I know how to move and breathe properly, but Emma’s advice was a revelation for me! I love the way that I can go back to the homework videos to revisit exercises and doing those and the little adjustments to the way I stand and move have made such a difference. I’m now back at all my classes and feeling happy and strong again.
