- Knees not locked
- Pelvis over heels
- Neither tucked or too untuck
- The ribcage sits above the pelvis
- The head sits on the neck
Key points:
- Walk on the spot for a moment with your eyes closed (or open). Stop. Notice whether your feet are facing forwards or a bit turned out or in.
- Rock your body forward and back. Notice which position feels more familiar.
- Rock from side to side.
- Notice the effect on your feet.
- Move your weight forward to the side to the back to the side. Round in circles.
