The content for each day will go live the night before, so it’s ready for you whenever you want to do the videos on that day.
When will you do them?
The videos will take around 10 minutes per day. I think day one’s videos are around 12 minutes, but generally, I’m trying very hard to keep it at 10 or under! What tends to work best is that you habit stack, so right after you have a habit you already do every day, you will do the exercises. For me, it’s straight after I get up before I have breakfast, but you might have a different time that works for you. Please do share your intention of when you will do them in the WhatsApp group – you can always change it if you find your initial plan was not a good one!
Please feed back to me each day what you thought in the WhatsApp group. Does it make sense? Did you have a lightbulb moment? Was it too difficult? Do you need help or clarification? There are no stupid questions or too much information.
I will pop in the group each day to get the conversation going and remind you to do it! You don’t need to wait for me though you can log straight in whenever you are ready and feedback whenever you are ready! If you miss a day (or I know a couple of you are probably going to do most of it after the 14 days) don’t worry, just pick it back up the next day.
Some of you have worked with me before. You will have seen most, if not all, of these moves in one context or another, please approach it with a beginner’s mind! You never know what you will receive that you didn’t have the capacity for before or what will just land differently!
